Lets talk Redskins

  As I am typing this Clinton Portis is listed as the 17th ranked running back in the NFL. He is the Running back for the Washington Redskins. He stands at five feet and eleven inches tall, weighing in at two hundred twenty three pounds. He was born on September first in 1981. He completed high school from Gainesville High School and finished his learning from the University Of Miami(fl). Now back to his career in the NFL Clinton has rushed for 7,715 yards and 63 td’s in his six seasons as an NFL Football Player.
 
  Clinton has also rushed for over 1,000 yards ,five of the six season he has been playing Football for the NFL. Three of those times as a Washington Redskins pretty impressive. Last season Clinton had an impressive season with 196 yards with only 36 carries and one touchdown at the New York Jets. As of the beginning of this season as a Redskin Clinton Portis ranks fourth in rushing yards in the club history. Which is an amazing 4,616 yards.also this season Clinton was ranked fifth in the clubs history for his rushing touchdowns which is thirty four. Clinton has played eighty four games in his career. 
 

 Clinton also owns three of the club records for single season rushing campaigns. Clinton also has thrown three career touchdown passes all with Washington the first was in 2004, the second was in 2005,and the third was in 2007. Clinton made his first pro bowl appearance in 2003 which was his second year in the NFL,also he was named by the NFL as the offensive rookie of the year in 2002. Clinton made his NFL debut withthe Denver Broncos and played with them two full season’s before being traded to the Washington Redskins for their corner back and a second-round draft pick on the fourth of march 2004.
