Washington looking great halfway….
The Washington Redskins are 6-2 and in second place behind the N.Y. Giants in the NFC EAST, halfway through the NFL Football season. They have the NFL`S leading rusher in star running back Clinton Portis. Jason Campbell is getting better, and playing with more confidence each week. Coach Jim Zorn said that they are finally feeling solid about their record right now. Things are finally going great in the nation`s capital. Who would have thought that after the Giants destroyed them on opening night?
Their second half games remaining shouldn`t be to bad. On the road they play Seattle, Baltimore, Cincinnati, and San Francisco. Those teams right now are a combined 8-22 this NFL Football season. Their games at home are alot tougher with the likes of Pittsburgh, Dallas, Philadelphia, and the N.Y. Giants. They have already beaten Dallas 26-24 at Dallas earlier in the year. If they can hold on and get a little help, they may be representing the NFC in the super bowl this year!!!
