Washington Redskins star runnng back Clinton Portis says he will play Sunday, when the team takes on the Seahawks in Seattle. Portis, who wasn`t even expected to play in a 14-10 loss to Dallas, says his sprained knee is feeling much better than it did in the Dallas game.  Portis also stated that he ” didn`t have any leg drive”  when running against the Cowboys. He finished the game with 68 hard-fought yards on 15 carries.

Portis is second in the NFL in rushing behind, Minnesota star Adrian Peterson, with 1,063 yards. Despite the Seahawks losing record, they will need every thing Portis can bring for them Sunday, as Seattle is always  a tough game for Washington. With Dallas getting a healthy Tony Romo and soon to be healthy Jason Witten back, the Redskins can not suffer any more injuries with Dallas now tied with them at 6-4 on the year. This will also be a homecoming game for former Seattle quarterback Jim Zorn who now leads the Redskins.
